"The job was done but it is very sloppy. There?s slurry and mortar all over the chimney and we are not confident it?s properly repaired. We have hired a different contractor to re-do the one fixed by Shamrock as well as the 2nd chimney that also needs repair. The tech from Shamrock was a nice guy he but didn?t do the work; his assistant did the work and its a mess."

I had gotten a HISA Grant from the VA and he worked in the budget that was granted to me wow the results were out of this world. If there was an issue on the project they stopped talked with me and brought foward thier recommendations on the project and showed me issues and understood thier issues, and left the options open for you. Also from beginning to end it was a breeze. Also, during Winter Storm Elsa, Jay (the owner) he came to the rescue to get me out. And they are very flexible and reasonable in thier prices. And I HIGHLY recommend them when they gave me thier estimate for the bathroom they included thier insurance binder to show proof and a piece of mind for myself and all parties involved. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
