"I had around 90 gallons of water that was soaking in to my hardwood floors , leaking under the walls into other rooms, and soaking into carpet in those rooms. I really didn't know who to call for restoration work and didn't know how long it would take to get service scheduled considering it was Sunday, thinking the damage was becoming more permanent by the minute. I found out that Talbert Construction also offered Restoration service and I had used them for other things with great results so I gave them a try with hesitation since I believed their primary function was construction. Service was great for these reasons: 1. I called expecting to leave a message and hear back Monday. They answered (on Sunday) and were at my house withing the hour!! 2. Any hesitation I had was resolved in the first few minutes. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of restoration by explaining everything that was happening with the water, and what needed to happen to correct it. They knew exactly what to do, and got to work fast. 3. Their knowledge, experience, equipment, and quick action resulted in no permanent water damage, completely saved my hardwood floors, walls, woodwork, furniture, and carpets. Things worked out much better that I could have expected. I hope I never need restoration services again, but if I do, I know who to call. I have not had such good luck with other contractors, so when I do find a good one, I like to let people know."
