The roof is sealed completely, impervious to water and has a 50 yr guarantee. The quote was very reasonable for the level of workmanship we received. Our project included everything exterior…the roof (asphalt and metal), replacing skylights, front door and exterior light replacements, gutters, soffits, metal trim, cedar woodwork, monogram siding, cedar impressions and Versetta stone. We also had 2 half moon windows taken out and he did all the sheetrock and interior finishing work for those areas. He took into account every little detail and always held the highest standards for his work and those that work for him. I am still in awe of all the work and detail put into the project.
