I refused to pay him because the blower did not work. He contacted the company wires was old he assembled it incorrectly. He tried it a second time and the blower was running but no heat produced. It also had a loud sound. The technician said he was new at installation, and He could not figure the problem out. We requested another technician from the company to come out to see why a brand-new blower wasn't working and making noise. The next day, I contacted the customer service rep. I was told the technician said the blower was working and the case was closed. They said for us to keep the blower and refused to return our initial deposit in the amount of $600. I will never use this company again. I will be perusing this matter further. "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
