Within 20 minutes he had figured out that the mystery thump we had been hearing for weeks was in fact the pressure regulator going bad. 20 minutes later it was fixed and we have had no issues since. I even got an angies list discount! We had originally been working with another company to get the problem resolved but they were unable to diagnose it. plus it took two attempts to get someone from that other company out to our house. I'm so glad we found JCT they will be getting all of our business in the future. Price was very fair and the work was well done. I only wish we would have found them sooner, just had our water heater replaced this past summer and we paid a lot more than we would have if we had used JCT.
