"We hired Eastland Movers LLC and moved in June 2025. Relocated from Richmond, VA to Connecticut. The house was 3,600 SF with many rare antiques, oil paintings, and large heavy furniture. Two trucks, 5 experience packers and movers. They immediately stated, packed up the house in 1/12 days. Everything was meticulously wrapped, and carefully handled. The unloading went just as smooth. Not one item was damaged and no damage to the home we left or moved to. Everything was executed perfectly. There were no surprises on the estimate, what I was told and signed in the agreement was exactly what I paid. The moving crew was efficient, hard workers, very respectful of our items and polite. They were easy to work with on moving dates. The key, lock in the dates with a deposit as soon as you can. They book up very quickly. This is a high quality professional moving company that I highly recommend."

"Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. "I had a two bedroom two bath apartment in Pentagon City, VA. The moved started at 9am on a Monday. I reserved the elevator for 4 hours. I requested three movers and I believe it would take no longer than five hours total. However, it took the movers 7 hours to load the truck. Then another 5 hours to unload the truck. So my five hour quote ballooned to $2,400 to move 2 miles away. I learned to never accept a hourly rate and only do flat rates. Also, I would never do business with this company. They even damaged the wall in my new place. The manager that came to help unload because of the time said he would repair the damage with no cost to me. Laughable. After he finished, I had to get a professional to fix it because it was a hatchet job."
