"This is the 2nd house that I've had Matt and his team install fencing to enclose my backyard. He made it all even easy and worry free. The installation transpired without any issues. It took 2 days to install. When they were done, it was like the fence was always there. No debris, it was all cleaned up and ready to enjoy."

"360 Fencing is an honest and trustworthy business. Quite frankly, I needed the repair done yesterday and it was as if an angel heard my plea and helped me out. Crazy that they called me; I didnâ t call them first. Several businesses acted like they were enthusiastic and left a couple messages but never returned my calls. I canâ t thank you enough for your service. Itâ s GREAT!!"

"Though they had a wonderful personality, the work was not completed because they would not come back once paid. We now have to hire someone else to replace the gates, which we told them they were bowed and needed repair. This was only 2-3 weeks after installation. He always promised to come, but no show. Now we need a whole new gate which will set us back $800 for the big gate and another $300 for the smaller gate."

"Ben and his team did a great job to repair parts of my 6 foot wooden fence and gate which had rotted. He is very personable and fair priced. He had to make some adjustments to the work after starting the job but kept the price the same. He kept me updated throughout the day and we did a final walk through. I highly recommend this nice young man for his professionalism and excellent work ethic! Thanks so much Ben!"

"Needed to replace 5 posts on an existing fence. Joe was very helpful in explaining my options helping me decide on the right course of action. Crew came out on the promised date. Very efficient, high quality work. They had to work around existing shrubs and plants and were very careful not to damage them. Clean up was complete and thorough. No more sagging fence!"

"They gave a competitive estimate, on repairing my aluminum fence, digging out posts lowering them and cementing them back in place and re-assembling fence. They worked around my sprinklers, and drain tiles without damaging either of them They started work immediately They did an excellent job and it was finished ahead of schedule They cleaned up after they were done They were easy to work with and accommodated all my concerns Would recommend them very highly"

FAQs for vinyl or pvc fence repair projects in Sterling Heights, MI

Repairing or replacing a part of your fence is almost always less expensive than replacing it altogether. If your fence is in major disrepair or requires more than 20% to 30% replacement, it may be a better investment to replace your entire fence. Contact at least three fence repair specialists near you to get quotes for both a repair and replacement project.

All vinyl fences are made of PVC, a type of vinyl that stands for polyvinyl chloride. But not all PVC is the same. PVC resin is combined with other ingredients, giving it strength and weather-resistance. High-quality PVC vinyl fences include additives that provide more durability—and therefore cost more. Check out various types of vinyl fences and their features before deciding on your material.

You can repair small cracks or holes in your vinyl fence easily using a vinyl repair kit. If the crack is especially large or seems to be impacting the fence's integrity, you may need to replace the whole rail or post. However, you should hire a local fence installer for major repairs.

With proper maintenance and care, a vinyl fence can last up to 30 years. To ensure the longest life possible for your vinyl fence, ensure that it is installed properly and take care to check it regularly for any areas that may need minor maintenance or repair.
