I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. I was particularly glad that we did contract work because, as it turned out, there were some uneven measurements in the room being rebuilt (due to the home being from the 1950s plus house settling, etc.) And there has to be some custom adjustments. Ricky, the carpenter, was excellent. I also appreciated that the master craftsmen had younger assistants who were learning the jobs.
