"prepped all areas - moved and covered all furniture and appliances and also covered all floors, took down curtain rods, and hardware, patched all walls, caulked doors where seams had cracked, painted all trim and doors too.  Painted all rooms and ceilings. Attention to detail is awesome and goes above and beyond to point out little things here and there and make sure everything is done right.   Just one example: made special trip to store to get a door stop for us that was missing.  Even hung a couple of new light fixtures for me which was a big help, especially light in 2 story foyer.   Very clean - cleaned whole area before they left each day.  Punctual and pleasant to work with.

"Everything went well. The crew arrived on time and hardly took a break throughout their 12-hour day. The clean-up was near perfect as I did find a few nails in my landscaping (but not the lawn or driveway). It was rained several times since the install and there are no leaks and the gutters are working perfectly. I paid the extra to have the "needle guard" installed on my gutters as I get needles from my neighbors pine trees - and now there are no needles or debris cluttering up my gutters. "Rob is a consummate professional. He assisted us in discovering and dealing with damage from a leak in our basement wall. Rob made suggestions for the repair which was completed by our waterproofing company. He replaced the dry wall after cutting a one foot high section out of the perimeter of the room for the waterproofing work. Weeks later after the waterproofing was finished, he replaced the dry wall. We painted the walls and he came back to replace the baseboard trim. Rob always kept his appointments for work at our house. If he could not come at the appointed time, he called and set up another time. The work stretched over several months. We were delighted with the results. He did a wonderful job and we would not hesitate to call on him again."
