The vinyl windows/patio doors they use are from Alside and are excellent quality. After the hail storm here in Bloomington in 2013 they replaced our roof. The last two called back within a day. All three gave an estimate but were very slow except Ken's Roofing (Brad). Made arrangement for an estimate, received the estimate the next day and stated if he was chosen he could also meet with the adjuster from our insurance company.
