"Replacing and repairing a simple split rail installed 10 years ago proved too difficult for this company. I do not recommend their services at all. Their labor quality is the worst I've encountered. The workers couldn't even tell the difference between a rotted post/rail and a healthy one, which is basic knowledge. They came back three times (with three guys every day, one of whom just stood around doing nothing) and still didn't replace the necessary posts and rails. Some rails they removed and still haven't replaced, so the job remains unfinished. Thanks to Smuckers, I now have missing rails along my fence line. My advice is to choose a smaller, reputable fencing company."
