"John was very professional.  He was very good at listening to what  I wanted and discuss various options.  I called him on Monday evening and he had everything ready to install on Friday morning.  He also noticed that wires that connect to the circuit breakers were lose.  So he could have just secured those wires but did the extra work to check all the wires, and made the discovery that many of the wires were very lose.  Some just pulled right out.  Very concerning to say the least.  Good catch John!  I had this issue before and there was arcing and almost had a fire in the panel.  his price was reasonable.  The parts alone are about $600 and he was here for about 4 hours.  I plan on having more work done and installing whole house surge protector.

"Everything was fine, except they left a big trough of dirt where they installed the sprinkler lines in the back yard. I specifically asked about how it would look after since I was having a gathering using the back yard that weekend and wouldn't have scheduled the installation for then, but I was assured you wouldn't be able to tell they installed the lines once they were in. When I pointed it out to the manager, his didn't care and said that was normal. It may have been, but then someone should have been honest with me about it when I asked."

I hired him and although we had some delays caused by wet weather, he finished the job earlier this month. His crew was outstanding in every way. "Two man crew arrived right on time. We needed leaves and small branches in the front, sides and back yards moved to the curb for pickup by the township. The crew was very efficient and got every leaf in all of the yards out to the curb quickly. They piled them all neatly without blocking the roadway so the township can pick them up. We're very pleased with the job they did."
