The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service. The roof looks great and the owner, Paulo, was very professional, nice, and dedicated to customer service."

"We hired the boys to replace 3 skylights and our metal roof. the old Marvin skylights are no longer produced so they replaced them with Velux skylights of a different size. this, of course, required a retrimming of the interior opening. when I asked about this the boss, Paul, replied: we do not do trim carpentry. you will have to get someone else to do that. needless to say that I was irate. not only does the job look like hell, in one case I cannot even open it. the overall job was excellent but, if you plan to get skylights replaced, be sure that you have the internal trim work figured out beforehand. I would recommend a written contract."

"Stephen, first came to clean my gutters and then I asked him what, if anything, could be done to fix the gutters to prevent the clogging from happening in the future. He suggested some repitching of the gutters, a few leak repairs and the installation of shur Flo gutter guards. I asked about a few other items that had been suggested to me over the years by other contractors and instead of simply trying to upsell me on something that didn't make sense, he saved me a ton of money through honestly going through the options and explaining the most effective solution for my situation. I then researched the shur Flo product and found it to be of extremely high quality. "Those guys are true professionals. They were very responsive. They returned my initial inquiry call quickly and provided all the information that I was interested in. They quickly arrived for an estimate and did not pest me with emails or phone calls during the period of time while I was still shopping around. Their estimate was the best (I surveyed 3 different companies). At the end of the day I did not pay a penny extra from what they estimated. That is, they did not try to sell anything additional or play dumb (as others do) by saying..
