"Alta gave me a good quote for pest control, showed up on time, did the work and left. Very efficient and polite."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"Very thorough and honest explanation of his service. He did the work immediately, and the rodent problem seems to be under control. I would hire again."

"Shannon has been very informative and friendly. They accommodate my schedule and show up on time! The price and service has by far been better than my previous pest control company! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Every person I have dealt with either on the phone or in person has been very professional. The local manager gave me a cheaper quote than the national representative for Terminex. Extremely knowledgeable about pest control. Instead of just getting sprayed for wasps we bought a year contract to protect us against 26 different pests because it was very cost efficient. We got an extra discount if we pay for the whole year in advance. Money well spent!"

"Terminix provides excellent pest extermination and mosquito control services. They investigate and give comprehensive treatment services. I highly recommend their services."

"On time and thorough explanation of necessary treatments needed for my pest problems."

"This is a good company. They do a good job. We really appreciated Rusty being very nice and professional. Jake is really good in making sure that your pest problem is taken care of even if they have to come again. You may have to call them over and over again just to reach them, because when you leave a message they are not good about returning your call. We had to keep calling until someone answered the phone after using their service, so they could come and do a follow up. Once they answered they were really prompt in following up. They said that they will make sure that the pest problem is completely taken care of. We will use them again."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
