I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars."

Then he was able to be at my house 3 hours later to diagnose the issue. Made sure to walk me through what was wrong and showed me pictures to help me understand what needed to be done. 4 hours after that I had a quote for the repair work, which I felt was a fair price, and was out the next day to do the work. 25 hours after I had consulted Angie's list Dustin and his team had my roof fixed. They were very professional and always available for questions we had. They let us know about major problems and how they would be handled and whether we approved or not.
