The workmen were very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Work was promised in 3-4 weeks and he was done exactly after 3 weeks - and they did a complete re-do of our bathroom. "I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did. "I really hate dealing with projects like this as I hear such horror stories from friends and neighbors. But it had to get done so..... Enter ABS Home Improvements. I could tell when I met Thomas that he was a pro's pro. Asked all the right questions and showed past examples of his work. Does not hurt that he has close to 50 reviews and all 5 stars. We hired Thomas, signed the contract and worked out the start date. From demo to touch ups I felt like I was in great hands. No delays that were not for good reasons. His guys showed up when they were supposed to, they were respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable. You just could tell he would not accept anything less than stellar work from his subs. His main guy handled large format tiles like an artist. If I could leave a 10 star review I would do so. Do NOT hesitate to give ABS a call. They were on point and just a pleasure to work with. As well very reasonably priced for the workmanship."
