"Claudia agreed to 9am, Thursday, but never showed up. When I called her she said she left me a msg the night before and when she did not hear from me she did not show up at the scheduled time. ??? When I called her she said she could arrive an hour later. I requested that she clean up 3 closets, clean shelves and floor. She did a good job, but she wanted $40 an hour for simple cleaning, organizing a shelf. I paid her $115 for 3 hours @ $35 per hour (for being late). I will be looking for someone who is on time, and a little less expensive per hour."

She cleaned the shower stalls, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, vacuumed all the carpets including the stairs, dusted the baseboards, cleaned the blinds, and wiped down countertops. She would have also changed sheets but I told her we didnâ t need that done that day. We ended up setting up recurring visits because it was so nice to get occasional help with keeping up with the house!"
