"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "Salesman Phil was a pleasure to work with; he was prompt with the paperwork & returning calls, and the installation was completed when promised. Despite discussing the gate swing with Phil, verifying that the drawings were changed, and informing the installation crew on the day of work; the gate was installed swinging the wrong way! However, the gate swing was corrected on the same day that I called to inform them! I have only a minor complaint; when the gate swing was change, it caused a noticeably larger gap between the gate and fence. Because everything else was done with such great detail, I would have expected that the gap would have been concealed by adding a 1/2 board, similar to how they finished off the end of the fence. The bottom line is that we are very pleased with the quality of work and would recommend them to friends and family"
