We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. The Home Improvement Co. will be first on our list for consideration. Thank you, Matt, Kevin, and Rueben, for a job well done."

"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the window to be installed. At the 8 week point I called Champion to find out when it would be installed. The girl answering the phone was rude and kept insisting that they had called me to set up a day to install it and that I didn't return the call. That is not true because we have an answering machine they could have left a message on and there was never a message. I told her this but she insisted they had called. Then she told me it would be another week or two  before they could install our door because they had to be out in our area. I called the salesman who sold us the door and he took care of it and our door was installed the following week.
The man who installed our door was very nice and did a very good job. A week after it was installed I noticed the door didn't close tightly at the top. I called Champion and they sent him back out in a few days. The guy said the door was warped and we may have to wait 6-8 weeks for the new one to be installed.
 I gave an A rating for professionalism. The salesman and the installer were professional, the girl answering the phone get's an F.
