"Scott was fabulous. He walked us thru every step and was here to oversee the contractors to make sure everything was perfect. He worked directly with our insurance. The team picked up and cleaned up and Scott to extra time and brought a magnet to make sure that they got everything possible nail and trash. They covered our plants. The roof , gutters and other repairs have definitely added value to our home. Thank you Scott for such great service."

"They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"Owner Matt McQuiston was friendly and thorough in preparing our quote, and kept in touch throughout the project. His crew went about their tasks with quiet good humor and attention to detail. I would hire them again. He deals in fiberglass windows and doors, and they appear to be excellent products."

"Neil and his team recently replaced six windows at my house. Two in my study and four in my basement.  He also replaced an inner door and door jam and outer storm door for the side entrance. I have had Barrier replace 14 windows, two storm doors and one entry door over the years. I have always been satisfied. Barrier installations have always been first class. Neil has always been on sight during installations for quality control. There has never been a problem with any of the windows or doors Barrier has installed. I will use them again. In the case of the latest door installed; due to the rains that came last week, the installation had to be pushed back. I understood. I said I could wait for a couple of weeks if I had to. Neil made sure I got the door installed last Saturday when the weather broke for a day. I really appreciated his desire to keep this customer happy.
Thanks to Neil and all his installation people for doing such good work for me.

"Excellent!! Tim Sanders did a fantastic job. He was great to work with. Every day he worked, he cleaned up after himself. He put carpet on the roof to protect my shingles. He was very polite and very experienced. Not only would we recommend Sanders and Sons, we will use them again, if need be."

"Got on Angi's: Wanted Glass Shower Door Unit installed on Tub. 20 minutes after submitted for help - Matt texted and ask when good time to stop by. I Said in morning, anytime after 9 am. I called Matt next morning, about 9 am - we talked and Matt said could be over in 15-20 minutes (and he was). Matt noticed: Tub had lean. Long story short: More we tore into things, the worse it got !! With Matt's advice (and his co-worker Brad) - ended up: removed Cast Iron Tub, reinforced sidewall studs & base plate, reinsulated, replaced subfloor & interior walls around tub. THEN: Installed new tub & surround. Of course, existing water lines had to be relocated !! Numerous small hurdles came up (during all this). Been hard not to lose patience. Matt & Brad never got upset, were never negative. They'd figure situations out, share info with me & share what they planned to do - to fix it. Not once, did Matt or Brad not include me, regarding any significant repair needing done. Not once, did Matt or Brad complain. After new shower & tub installed - they were finally able to install Glass Shower Door Unit !! Did a wonderful job !! Brad even reinstalled Laminate Flooring that had to be torn up (when replaced subflooring). Matt's work was detailed & proper. He not a "Corner Cutter" - yet, he knows how to do things (that save you money). Matt talked with me about work to be done: before, during & after. We also talked about money: before, during & after. There were no suprises. Matt and Brad are true to their word. Bottom Line: If need help on project in future: Matt will be my 1st call. And I hope Brad still working with him. Good Team !!"

"Everything went well and we are very pleased with the service and installation performed by this company. We would definitely use them again in the future."

"I contacted HJK based on Angie's List reviews to fix damage to the siding of my house that the crew from another company who painted my house simply painted over. Matthew Parker from HJK came to look at the damaged siding and discovered the hail damage on my roof. He worked with my insurance company to have them pay to re-roof my house. HJK's crew finished the roof in two days and left the property immaculate. Another of their crew came to fix the siding and repaint the area. I am very pleased with their work and how the house looks."
