Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. I was impressed that Paul kept in constant email contact through the contracting and scheduling process, answering all my questions. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job. "All aspects of the work were executed efficiently, professionally, and with skill. The Shamrock team worked through difficult weather to replace a large, complicated roof. This included the removal and replacement of asphalt shingles, rubber roof, and copper panels. The Shamrock team also replaced cedar shingles on multiple dormers, made repairs to the subroof, replaced many areas of damaged molding, as well a skylight, and several copper and wood gutters. They also designed and installed a custom heating wire system in multiple areas of the roof to prevent ice dams. The installation went very well and we have had absolutely no issues in the month since the work was completed. "We have been using them for years. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable, very straightforward, and explained everything as we were working through the process. We had some mysterious leak that the other contractors prior to replacing the siding could not fix. We don't have any other leaks after the siding was replaced on our roof. All of my neighbors have ice dams. I was the only house in the neighborhood without ice dams. We had several problems here in Boston with the snow this year.
