(we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered. "Look no further, this company was Phenomenal! From my first conversation on the phone with Rich I knew he was the company I would be going with just by our short conversation. I did get 3 other quotes after speaking with him and his was not the lowest, however, when we met in person, that sealed it for me, I just felt very comfortable with him and his 20+ years of experience. He is also a veteran as am I. When he and his team of professionals performed their duties, they did it perfectly. They had tight spaces to work in where they could not get their trucks into and they actually had to climb 2 enormous trees to remove them. They ground down the stumps (obviously at an additional charge) and they were very neat and left my property as it was when they arrived minus the 4 trees. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job within hours. All debris was removed when they left. I would highly recommend him for any job large or small.
