"Dolan did a total remodel of my master bath in August of 2018. It was very pricey but I've gone with the cheaper options in the past and have found that you get what you pay for. I love the way my bathroom turned out and based on that job, I would have given them A for just about everything. I recommended them without reservation. I then hired them again in March 2018 to do a partial renovation of my kitchen. I replaced my granite counter with quartz, put in a new sink, touchless faucet and tile backsplash. I bought the sink myself and they told me it was cracked and leaking. As I had just been released from the hospital and was on complete bed rest, I didn't see the sink until after it was installed. I did get a credit for the sink I bought but then had to buy the identical sink from Dolan for over $200 more. When the quartz counter was installed, there were two unsightly seams. We did complain about these and the installer came back but they said that was the best they could do. We let it go at that point but a few weeks later, we went to visit friends that just had an almost identical quartz counter installed. We had to search to find the seam in theirs. I took pictures and sent them along with photos of my seams to Dolan. They never responded. We spent over $45,000 in under a year with them and now have counter tops that look terrible. After this, I feel I can no longer recommend Dolan."

"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

He was easy to get in touch with and schedule an appointment, showed up when he said he would, and provided an estimate within 2 days. "I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result! "

When it turned out my bathroom faucet needed replacing, he made time the following week to replace the not only the faucet, but also the old, poor quality plumbing under the sink. The new plumbing is stellar, and he gave me a great deal on the price. Also, he's just a really nice, personable guy. :)"
