"We asked Renew to do carpet cleaning after reading many of their good reviews on Angie's List. It wasn't bad but could have been better. Nate, the owner seemed very professional but seemed to be more concerned about getting in and out quickly and getting paid rather than doing an outstanding job. We had a small indoor porch area with berber carpeting that he informed us, after cleaning, that he could not get real clean. That was fine and after doing a bit of research I found that berbers are a particular challenge to be cleaned, but he could have given us suggestions on what else we could do to get that area really clean. There was also a strip left on our plush carpeting where it met the kitchen tile that he missed and was still showing very dark in the beige carpeting. I called on a Monday to ask him to come back and to ask him about what else to do about the berber carpeting and two days later am still waiting to hear back. We paid him the $140 bill before he left. So it feels like he got paid and has not been interested in helping us out after he got his money. The photo shows the dark strip missed by Renew during their cleaning. I later cleaned the strip and got it quite clean by using the commercially available product Resolve."

"One person from AMD arrived on time at our home in Verona for our Saturday morning appointment. He immediately got to work and worked steadily on my vehicle. He washed the outside of the car and the wheels; he removed all bugs and tar. He did not wax the car (its extra), but it looked like he did. He washed the windows and they sparkled. He thoroughly vacuumed the inside of the car, getting into all of the nooks and crevices and washed the hard surfaces. The car looked like new inside even before he shampooed the carpets and the seats. The shampooing really brightened up the carpet and upholstery. He worked hard to clean our floor mats and even got out most of what must have been some kind of oily spots. The person was very courteous and professional. He spent a little over five hours cleaning my car. I would definitely hire AMD again and refer them to my friends. Note: I received a small discount for promising to write an honest review about the services."

"<p>The person who did the cleaning is the owner.  I believe his name is Nick.  He arrived </p> <p>right on time.  Hooked up his equipment and took great care to make sure nothing was tracked into the house.  The results were excellent.  He left some spray spot remover in case some difficult stains reappeared, however, he asked us to give him a call before we used it because he said he would come back out.  The whole process did not take that long.  The carpet was a little damp as was expected, but was dry by the next day.  We just ran our ceiling fans and the AC and did not walk on the carpet with shoes until it was dry.</p> <p>I recommend his company without any reservations and will definitely call on them again when we need our carpets cleaned.</p> <p>Great experience.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
