"We used Frey to demolish a double story wooden deck and replace with composite as well as build a screened in porch, replace windows, and remove a door and replace with windows. They did an AMAZING job!!! Everyone we worked with was great. They were extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and definitely knew their trade. They provided great recommendations, while still giving ample (but not too ample to get bogged down) choice as to what materials, fixtures, look, etc we wanted. Kyle Schluter in particular was phenomenal to work with. He helped us create a design that we loved before we embarked on construction and then made sure that we were happy and comfortable with the project and progress every step of the way. In addition to Kyle we worked with 2 primary guys - Ben and Joe on construction who were fantastic. They were always very considerate, fun to work with, fast, and did a great job with their craft. The whole team made the process as painless as it could be with minimal disruption to our every day lives. There was never a dumpster in our yard (they hauled away trash and debris daily), and minimal setup that stayed in our yard and garage over night. They also were very fast-from start to finish it took about a month but most of the construction was done in 2-3 weeks. We love the final product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of deck, screened in porch construction, or window replacement."

"I saw their notice regarding free estimate for attic insulation at the  Home/Garden show.  I left my information and they contacted me about a week or two later.  We scheduled an appointment.   Jason came out and inspected everything, we discussed options and he gave me estimates for both.  I was going to be out of town for a while and he said he would extend the home show discount until after i got back.  I scheduled the installation with Tina - she checked back with me (both email and phone).   John and Nick showed up a little late on the install day, as their previous job ran longer than expected.  Both Nick and John were very professional and personable.  They explained what they were going to do and let me view the work in progress, as i was curious.  They answered all my questions and did a great job in cleanup - even vacuuming the grass :).   I am pleased with the work and am looking forward to the savings the added insulation will provide."

"If you need a roofing job done right away and done well, hire L.I.C. General Roofing Solutions. We had an old garage roof that badly needed replacing and I sent a request for quote through Angi. They responded and called me that evening! The next day he visited the property and gave us quote, then 2 days later, started and finished the job in 1 day. There were unforceen rotten boards that we had to replace, so the final cost was higher, but that’s to be expected. Overall, a very responsive, experienced, and professional company. Would recommend!"

"It went very well. We had some issues with our roof leaking and couldn't find the source or correct the problem. It is an older roof with a few layers of shingles, but we can't afford to replace it quite yet. The owner and one of his employees stopped by and did a thorough inspection of the roof for us and found the main problem. They suggested a quick and dirty fix to immediately remedy the problem until we could afford to replace the roofing. Overall, helpful advice and a great job finding the issue.

"Again, this is in reference to the quote process. We have gone with another vendor for the roof replacement. Salesman was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. I think the information he gave about his product to be correct, and I believe his product is very good. The only information I might question is that he claimed his aluminum shingles have the highest fire rating, but this usually isn't the case since aluminum softens starting about 400F. None-the-less, I'm certain it is much more fire resistant than any conventional shingle. But the sales was low-key, high pressure. Very slick presentation. Stressed all the things wrong with the roof (said it needed replacement very soon and had lots of problems) as well as being complex. Multiple times talked about how heavy the existing shingles were (as if the roof wasn't designed for asphalt shingles). Gave a quote of about $60+K, but immediately offered 10% off if we maintain a sign on our front lawn for several weeks and another 10% if they could do the roof at their convenience, bring the cost to $50+K. If decking needed to be replaced, they'd do it for $75 per sheet in addition to the contract price. Finally, said the discounts were only good about 3 days. Seems like the $50K price is the real price, with a 10% extra for rush jobs. The salesman job seems to want to make an offer and try to get you to commit quick. At the beginning of the presentation, he even asked if we had already talked to other companies (we hadn't). Possibly if we had, he might have taken a different tact. Their web site has a "Sign up for a chance for a free roof". People that buy a roof from this company, are not only paying for their own roof, but for the company's PR as well. Bringing in other companies for quotes, we were told the roof is in good shape (should be replaced in the next few years), and that it would be simple installation. Other quotes came in at the $29K to $31K. Decking sheets were priced at $45 to $60. I seriously think Metal Roofing Systems will provide a good product, and professional installation. But be certain to do your own research and get a few quotes for your job."
