He was very knowledgeable about products available and what would most closely match what I already had on the roof, since only the rear of the house needed to be replaced. The roofing repair was excellent and timely. However, they also agreed to replace a small piece of coilstock that was also damaged in the storm. They took the metal that I had to replace it with, and only after at least 6 requests and a final threat to contact the Police to report it stolen, did it ever get returned. They never did install it, but they prepared it for installation. At that point it was winter and we could not longer install it anyway Our interaction started out so good, and then went downhill very fast. The roofing work was however, excellent."
