We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly. Luke took the time to discuss the project daily with me and reviewed their progress/plans. There were no hidden costs and Luke also made sure he and his team met their deadline. For clients who want the quickest, cheapest, don't-bother-with-details bulk processing type installation, other contractors would be a better choice. Harmony was very thorough before, during and after the job. She took the time to measure and study the areas to be repaired, discuss and understand all the potential issues, and then covered them in detail on the proposed contract. No worrying about "that wasn't covered in the contract" problems. My questions and desires were handled positively.
