"Let me start by saying that this was not an easy experience. Our furnace is not easily accessible in the crawlspace. However, Ernie and his son handled it well. I originally hired Ernie because we wanted a furnace tune-up. Just a simple replace the filter and do a quick cleanup procedure. Well...as it turned out, we ended having to replace almost the entire system as Ernie quickly discovered that the previous install was done in a very shoddy, cheap and even dangerous manner. Ernie worked with us through the purchase and finance process and afterwards, he and his son worked late into the nights to get our furnace up and running. It took a few tries and even some additional visits back, but Ernie was true to his word and the job was done right. Would highly recommend this business.
