"This is my first time to write on Home Advisor and I rarely write review. One simple advice: Use Lasting Strength! Adam is the best! Adam helped me build an interior wall and installed a window and a door on it. This wall will separate the play room into another bedroom. Adam and his assistant Danny showed up early and finished the work by the end of the day as promised. He really knows what he's doing! He's been working in his area for many years and his tool belt is probably older than me:) He used to work as the head of a big crew to build an entire house from scratch. I believe he has talent as carpentry. The project was top notch, flawless! Adam also has a full crew including plumber, HVAC, painter. I would definitely trust his guys on the other projects as well. Adam is a funny guy when I first met him but extremely serious about the work. He's working damn hard. My mom kept reminding him to have lunch first. But Adam keeps working without eating anything until he completed the work. Also, they cleaned my place after the work and left it like untouched:) Adam is smart to solve problem. There is a ceiling light that the new wall will have to pass through. It will be very expensive to hire an electrician to just simply move it. I met a guy who wants to charge me $500 for just moving the light when I was getting quote... But Adam found a smart way to leave the light untouched by building the wall just a little off the existing wall. It also turned out to look great! He completely understand my tight budget because we just moved in. And his quote is very reasonable and fair:) I've met about 20 companies before Adam for the same work (some from Home Advisor as well), some say this job would take 3-4 days to complete. They probably don't know what they are doing... And most of guys who came over are contractor and will subcontract the work to other people. So some quotes are way off... They dont do the work themselves. It's hard for me to trust them. But Adam is the real guy who does the real work. He's a funny guy. I like him. I made my decision by feeling, and so glad I made the right choice. So I highly recommend Adam and his team on any project they do. And personally I will recommend any my friends' project to him in the future:) I'm still waiting for him for another small project. See you guys soon!"

"Nixon and his crew called or emailed me before they arrived ,to power wash our deck and answered any questions in a timely manner. They were very articulate and left the area clean when they completed their work. My husband and I would highly recommend them."

"I was very happy with Vasyl and his team. They replaced the decking boards and railings on both of my decks. Work performed was of high quality and attention to detail was very evident. Communication with Vasyl was also very good, he contacted me whenever there was a question regarding stylistic change options. I would definitely recommend them for a future project."

"Carlos did a phenomenal job of landscaping at my home in Connecticut. A tree in my yard of immense sentimental value was dying, and he attentively nursed it to health. I now look forward to seeing it blossom every spring. Carlos paid an extreme level of attention to the work we needed done, and carried it out extremely efficiently. He was also especially friendly to my young children and two dogs. Would recommend to anyone in need of services."

"Nathan does tremendous work, at a fair price, and in a timely manner. We had a section of our exterior rot out under our siding and he made the necessary repairs with a quick turn around, and also took steps to mitigate the risk of this issue occuring again. We would recommend Nathan to our friends and family any day."

"Mike Goodman and his team did a great job building an overhang for the front door. I had given him a picture of what I wanted. It was not exactly like the picture, but in all fairness, he said he would get as close as possible. It still turned out very nice. In addition, Mike added three railings to deck stairs. The project took five days, which is what he projected. He was sensitive to my need for details and we kept in constant contact through out the project. I live in Maryland and the project was in Connecticut."

"The demolition of the above the ground pool & remodel of the deck with composite deck material , just came out beautiful with his pro design ideas. Love my new railings with the white posts, black spindles & lighted caps. He has a dedicated hard working crew & does a hands on approach to every aspect of the project. Loved Eric’s work ethics; giving you an updated cost, labor & materials invoice all along the way. I am getting a list together for future upcoming repair jobs, I need done. Another bonus for my pick of him was he & his crew are all friendly, respectable, nice family caring people. Everybody that has seen it wants his name. Thank-You, EJV Solutions (Eric). Barbara"
