He went above and beyond by putting a small round metal piece on the door opener at the top (not sure of correct name) which keeps the door open when needed. We would hire him again and highly recommend his services."

"Our gutters and down spouts were clogged with leaves and debris. We have a 2 story home so neither my husband or myself wanted to get up on the roof to clean them out. We also hadn't washed our 2nd story windows for the same reason. The crew showed up on time and first cleaned out all of the gutters by hand putting the leaves into buckets so that it wouldn't make a mess below. They then washed all of the outside windows. One of the crew members also helped me take down storm windows from the inside that were covering some of my outside windows. They also changed lightbulbs in my floodlights that were out of reach of any ladder we owned. I was pleased with the work and would hire again in the future."

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

"I was not at home when Steve showed up to inspect the house. We coordinated via the phone and text messages. Steve climbed my roof and sent pictures of the issues he found. All the issues he found were minor and he fixed them as he found them. I asked him the charge and he said there wasn't any charge since it was so minor. He did find a problem with the chimney. There is a hole in the frame and he told me up front he could not fix it, but gave me the number of someone who could. I am very impressed by Steve's professionalism and no pressure attitude. When my roof does need replacing I will be giving the work to him."

"Went well, so far issue is resolved. However, no warranty was given and we were warned this type of repair is not warranted. There recommendation is always to replace the windows. but we opted to recall at least at this time because replacement is about $1700 per window!"

The crew was punctual, efficient, and quite tolerant of our five year old daughter. Shawn Whitlock (the owner) came out to check on the progress of the crew and out satisfaction several times. Because we were so happy with how things were going, we asked to expand the scope of the work a couple times. Each time, Shawn was happy to work with us and adjust his crew's schedule. When we were not satisfies with some of the trim work, he came out, took a look, and agreed that it was not what he had verbally told us would be done. Even though this was not specifically in the written proposal, he had his guys come back out and fix things up."
