"Two companies that installed gutter "systems" had been given me estimates of $1900 and $4000 for "systems" that would supposedly keep all leafs and debris out of the gutters. But the young estimators seemed to have trouble figuring out how to run the gutters around my odd-shaped two-story roof line. So they added on lots of extra linear feet of their respective gutter systems and extra downspouts. Also, after researching on the web I came to doubt whether either of their "systems" could really keep leafs and roof debris out of the gutters. It seems that all gutters have to be cleaned at some time no matter which covers you put over the gutters. When the Tin Man came out, he sized up my needs in about 15-minutes, with just a couple of downspouts and half the linear feet that the other companies had estimated. Rob did all the work on site in one-day and even painted the gutters too (I provided the paint). There have been two soaking storms so far since the gutters were installed and they are functioning as expected. Unexpectedly, Rob brought his lazy, old, sleepy dog to the job, so if that would be an issue for you or your pets, let him know ahead of time."
