"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"We rate ShingleShield 5 stars. ShingleShield rep Cameron inspected our roof after we noticed excessive granule loss. Malarkey Roofing had refused any help or inspection after only 14 years on a 30 year product. ShingleShield was half the price of others offering the same basic product and repairs. The crews showed up as expected and the job was completed as scheduled. Everyone was cordial and respectful and put up with our probing questions. Time will tell if the product sprayed on the shingles holds up to expectations."

"Very pleased. Actually bought their Angie's List deal but missed the fine print that it was only for a 1 story house, even though it was for unlimited square feet. I got an e-mail from Ivan the following day to schedule, and when I told him I was cancelling the Angie's list deal because we have a 2 story house, he said that I could cancel the Angie's List deal, and he would still come and do our gutters for a much better price appropriate for what we needed done. He came the next day and did a really great job. The roof and gutters appear to be completely debris-free (and we had a lot of pine needles and leaves), and there was no mess left behind."
