The house was spic and span clean and smelled really good. Isabela communicated well with me throughout the process of setting and appointment date and time, and arriving as expected. " My experience with this cleaning service was very disappointing. When scheduling, I was promised a specific time, so I stayed home from work. Later they changed it to a time window, forcing me to reschedule. I also requested two women cleaners for attention to detail, but a man and woman arrived instead. The cleaning itself was extremely superficial. In the kitchen, the sink still had debris and about 10 dirty dishes. The cleaner simply picked up items, wiped underneath, and placed them back without clearing surfaces. He even put dirty dishes from the sink into the dishwasher with clean dishes already inside, forcing me to wash everything again. Throughout the house, surfaces were wiped under items but nothing was arranged. Clean sheets were put out, but the bed was made with durty ones, until I caught it. Couch pillows were left disorganized. He said tidying wasn?t included. To top it off, they left all the trash on my front porch when they finished. Very unprofessional service."
