He took the time to explain everything to us, laid out very clearly what the steps would be, and was reasonable in the money department. Jeff came out and (safely - with a mask!) walked through our house, listened to what we thought we needed, made laser measurements and then designed something that would work. Jeff was patient with our questions and revisions and was easy to communicate with and get a hold of. He also helped us find a contractor who will make it all a reality.
