"I did a lot of research before I hired Capps to put a new roof on my home and my research paid off. From the first appointment to come out and give me a quote to the final payment when they were done I found Capps to be clear, concise, fair and professional. Although summer rains interrupted our installation, Capps worked around it the best they could. I asked them to work with me on some special issues (wanted to mount a weather apparatus on the roof and needed to coordinate with an electrician to run some cables when the roof decking was off). They were more than happy to oblige and to be honest it was a bit of an inconvenience for them. No one is sure why but some of the roofing material (that had been installed, then sat for a few days for rain to subside) didn't look right when they returned to the job. I was unaware at the time but they ripped off a large amount of material and replaced it. I certainly would never have known but it showed their integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Capps for any roofing job if I was asked."

They took payment in thirds which I thought was good for the consumer. They haven’t even collected the last third yet so by that to me means they are a stand up and solvent company. They also installed new 7” gutters in which it came out awesome. I highly recommend this company and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs a roof."

"First, let me say I almost never write reviews but here goes. Amazing! Troy and his team at Brilliant Roofing are the best of the best! Our project started with a leaky roof just before hurricane Dorian arrived. Troy sent his guys over before the storm to repair my existing roof just to get us through the heavy rain. This alone would have earned our business, but that was just the beginning. Troy's pricing beat the competition by a TON! His quote for a new metal roof was cheaper than any of the others were quoting us for shingles. Once the storm passed, I text Troy to see when we could expect to get started. I figured he would say that they would start in a week or two, but to my surprise, he said they are delivering the material tomorrow. Sure enough the next day the materials arrived. This was on Friday. On Saturday the guys went to work. They worked Saturday, Sunday and Monday. On Monday afternoon our roof was finished! Troy went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that no detail was overlooked. I could not be happier with our decision to use Brilliant Roofing. "The president of the company worked side-by-side. All his employees are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I strongly recommend this company. "Approximately one year ago, we hired a screening company to replace our ancient lanai cage and also to add a roof to the porch. The roof leaked after the first rain.
