"They began very well. Where it fell down was that they have refused to provide a statement of the costs of the work and a refund for work not done. They were unable to obtain the permit (not their fault), but they gave us NO refund and did not respond to 3 communications requested an accounting for the funds we paid them. The owner, Laz, came from Miami to my home in West Delray to give me an estimate. He said my current unit was too small, and that after 12 years it was time to replace it. We agreed on a price, and set an installation day. They came up on a Saturday and installed my new "York 3.5 ton unit." The air handler is in my attic so it was a tad tricky. After a couple of hours the unit was installed! The installers were very quick, informative, knowledgeable, and polite.
