The owner, Christian, contacted me quickly and we made an appointment at my apartment the next day. Chris gave me a fair estimate and was able to schedule the proje2 weeks later. I was advised on the best stain and the entire process. The price was somewhere in the mid to upper range from what I researched. The results were beautiful and I think I it increased the value of the apartment. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company for sanding and refinishing wood floors."

Things they did:
The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out. 
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."
