Aviv spent another 30 minutes walking me through their proposal, showing me pictures they had taken, explaining recommendations and answering my questions. The resulting work was high quality, on time, in budget and nothing was too much trouble for Aviv, Lisa and Carlos throughout. Excellent customer service, good price, fast work, great cleanup."

This had been determined within two days of my signature on the contract and I NEVER received any kind of notification. So now, the roof is still leaking and I'm back to square one. While they were pleasant to deal with, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable."
