"It is rare for me to find a contractor that easily grasps the vision I have for a project. I contacted Jayson as I was hoping a company named "Creative Living Painting" would get my unusual idea. They did not disappoint! They are not just contractors, but artists who truly brought out the character of my home. Since I knew the wood was far too old to stain and too expensive to replace, I wanted to do repair and then faux stain using paint and gel stain--a technique I had done myself inside on a small scale. Jayson knew exactly what I was talking about and did some experimenting to see what technique would work best given the large area that had to be covered. "We needed ceilings smoothed in our 1950s-era home plus interior rooms and exterior trim painted. Ricardo's was the best of several bids for the project; he came out right away when I called to look at the work to be done and e-mailed a detailed, professional proposal (unlike the verbal or just scribbled total cost we got from 2 others!) He listened carefully to what we wanted and made professional recommendations such as the type of paint to best cover our formerly oil-based painted interior trim. He and his friendly, hard-working crew did a beautiful job and were careful about protecting furniture, not letting our dogs get out and cleaning up after each day's work. The man who smoothed our ceilings is an artist! Despite a rain day followed by Santa Ana winds, they finished 2 days ahead of schedule. Ricardo is a very personable man, easy to communicate with; we enjoyed working with him and his team. Highly recommended!"

"We had some water damage that left a couple big areas where the drywall have to be removed. We also discovered a brace beam that had some dry rot and needed to be replaced. After an initial phone call, Alec from Glamour Home Remodeling came out and inspected the damage and emailed an estimate the next day. We felt his price was very reasonable and had him do the job. He stayed true to his estimate and word every step and did am amazing job. He not only replaced the dry rot beam but secured the area with additional wood beam braces. The dry wall repair was seamless; he matched the texture and paint so that you would never know anything was ever done. He remained professional and very courteous throughout the process. I would strongly recommend Alec for this type of home repair."
