He is bery knowledgeable of flooring types and installation methods. I have an older (1927) home so some of the challenges that arose, Mr. Larry was able to address and solve with no problem. Larry and his team made sure to keep the construction debris confined to the construction zone. They cleaned and organized the area before they left each day. I called them to install sheet linoleum in a bathroom, and he showed me that wood-patterned vinyl boards are a much better product at no extra cost. The installation was done on schedule, in 4~5 hours, and it looks beautiful! They did all the cutting outdoors to keep our house free of dust, and cleaned up everything afterward. Finally, I was very happy with their modest bid, and there were never any suggestions that it should change. Victor has the experience (20 years) and skill to get the job done both quickly and well."
