"Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Zack was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. The support from Zack was professional and timely when questions arose. Only minutes passed before a call or email was returned with answers to my inquiries."

"initially hired JP to replace rr tie wall; their work was so well done that I had them replace my patio and walkway, as well as, a walkway in front of house. Their cost was the lowest of the three contractors contacted. The crew worked throughout each day non-stop. The jobs were done quickly and efficiently. Angelo was easy to work with and was always available to me if I had any questions or requests. I would hire them again without hesitation, and I recommend them very highly."

"I feel like I have new extended family now, the Innovative Exteriors only hires tru professionals in my experience. I could not be happier about how my house turned out, it was in real need and Innovative made it happen. I felt truly cared for in every need, they all go above and beyond to get job done. I had windows and doors replaced, next day was whole roof then siding, all done in about a week. I love my home now thanks to Innovative Exteriors and their awesome workers."

"Although I did not hire Greg it was due to the fact that Greg took the time to explain to me that I would be better off using a general contractor for the repairs which would be cheaper. He further explained that the stucco would look a little different from what I had now (which was not stucco). Greg was straight forward and courteous I would have hired them without hesitation if the job required."

"Overall excellent experience. Would be confident recommending them to others. Work was done professionally within the estimated time. Cleanup was completely done."

"Ellio, the owner, understood the nature of the corrective action that needed to be taken to address a compromised exterior rear garage wall. He was very professional as were his two workers. They showed up at the time they were supposed to and finished the work in one day. My neighbor remarked as to how nice the wall looked when it was completed. The quality of the work was first rate and his price was very much less than some of the other quotes I received. The workers cleaned up the work site and left it in good order. I would have no problem hiring them again or recommending them to anyone that needs any kind of stucco work"

"After I called, Jose came over to look at the deck the next day and gave his recommendations. He explained that after the power-washing, the deck need to be completely dried before sanding, so rainy days will push out the work. Paint should be applied when the deck is not excessively hot. My deck is exposed to the sun most of the day, so hot sunny days are also bad days for the last part of the job. I appreciate the information ahead of time, so I know what to expect. The job could not start for several weeks because of hurricane weather or days with strong sun. Once we have a stretch of good-weather days, Jose started the job and completed within days. He cleaned up the debris after every visit. The deck was in bad shape and it looks great now, hopefully for many years to come."

"My house was long overdue for a facelift. We had old wood shingles that needed to be replaced. We reached out to Garden State and Mark was our salesman. He was very helpful with giving us options between traditional vinyl siding and stucco. We opted for stucco with a stonework. We couldn't be happier with the whole process. The communication from the front office to the delivery of materials in a matter of days! The workers that put on the stone and stucco are true craftsman. The change from wood shingles to stucco and stone totally transformed our house. I would highly recommend Garden State to anyone looking for quality work!"
