"It was great (and easy) to work with Andrew on a major facility project at our Distribution Center. Not only did he complete the project on-time and under budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. Oh, and we got a second gate to use because he was able to make it independent of the original setup! Thank you Andrew! Highly recommend! "

"It's with disappointment that I am writing this review and will probably not utilize Homeadvisor again. I don't like writing reviews, especially bad ones for small contractors trying to make a living. Vasco Properties was hired to build an 1800sq foot addition under a residence that I had raised. I went with Vasco Properties because he was willing to do the rough framing, let me take over once framing was done and was offering me the chance to purchase materials at his price. When Vasco  first took the job and reviewed the plans, Adam, owner, advised he could have it done in two weeks. After the house was raised Adam suggested that I put a steel beam in to make lowering the house easier. He also advised that he could have a steel beam within three days. After getting approval from Engineer, the steel beam was ordered. It took two weeks for the beam to delivered, a "far cry" from three days. A second steel beam had to be ordered for another area of the house and it took around three weeks for that delivery. If Adam had stuck to the original plans all that time wasted waiting for beams would not have occured. While I believe Adam and his crew did a good job, he has been horrible when it comes to communication. I have texted, called and sent emails throughout this entire process that will go unanswered most of the time. As I write this review, Adam has not responded to an email sent last week or responded to a detailed voicemail left on his cellphone."

"Pete and his team did an outstanding job from the moment they arrived until the final clean-up. What a hard working team! Pete did a great job communicating with me prior to the job and updating me throughout the day during the job. We love our new roof and the quality job! We were impressed with the clean up...not a single piece of trash was left behind!! I would highly recommend Pete and his team for any roofing job and would be pleased to serve as a reference to any potential future clients of Spicer Brothers."

" A+ for Excellent! I called David to stop by our home to give an estimate for a mysterious leak in the ceiling of our front porch. Although he had worked all day at another location, he made the time to stop by our home in the early evening. I thought that he would give a quick look and be gone. However, I was mistaken. He got his ladder and climbed up to look at the outside of the porch roof ~ and found a hole in the roof!! Apparently, a branch must have created the hole in a recent heavy storm. He told us his findings, and, because there was a call for rain in the next few days, he offered to go get the supplies to quickly patch the hole with some new shingles and tar. That is exactly what he did. Now I can rest easily knowing that the hole is patched until we can get David to come back to replace the porch roof. It is nice there are incredible businesses such as this who will look after us in our community. : ) "

"Kelvin Funes, owner of KF Remodeling is a very experienced contractor in all aspects of home building and remodeling. They have done four jobs for me this year from Feb to July of 2025. Jobs included; shower/bathroom, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. Some were major plumbing and installation of wired smoke detectors. Not easy but Kelvin always tells me his job is to solve problems. And he does. Twice I needed to call him back to handle small over looked items and he returned promptly to handle them. "R.A Barker did a great job with the work we needed done around our house. We had multiple jobs that we needed complete. We needed the exterior doors of our house replaced, a bay window replaced, and new attic steps put in. With all of the jobs there were some fixes that needed to be done from original installation. R. A. Barker handle all of that and fixed the issues left from previous work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would definitely recommend R.A. Barker to anyone looking to have work done."
