"Linda and Ron were terrific. Ron came out and measured within days of contact and showed me a brochure of what my window would look like upon installation. All work was clean and all joints and seams caulked tight."

"I?m so pleased with the work that Nicholas did on our new deck and sliding glass door. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation. I got a good feeling about him from the beginning, as he keep in touch about the status of the permit and when he would be able to start the job. He arrived early each day and worked tirelessly through to the late afternoon. I couldn?t believe how much he was able to accomplish each day. He is truly a jack-of-all-trades type of carpenter. He was an expert in everything from pouring the cement for our deck to cutting through our house to create an entryway for a sliding glass door. When I asked him if he could make a swinging gate on the top of the stairs to keep my daughter safe, it was absolutely no problem. His attention to detail was remarkable. He was able to put the vinyl siding back on our house so well that you can?t tell it was ever cut through. He truly loves what he does and wants to build a quality structure that will last. In addition to all those things, he was always pleasant and I trusted him at our house when we weren?t home. I will definitely call him first for future projects."

"They make their own windows and install them. The builder of our home talked us into using their windows. They came with a lifetime guarantee . We?d been in the house for 6 years when the vacuum in the middle of the seal for one of the real big windows, which is also called the eyebrow window, got a leak in it. There was a lot of condensation inside the window and when it rained hard, the rain leaked into the house and down the wall onto the floor - it was terrible. Once we filed our complaint with the Pollard rep, it took them about a year to finally replace it. They kept saying that they were going to come out again and again. Maybe it was because it was a small job and they are more into doing big jobs and so they had to come when they had some extra time, I guess.  When they came, they were very clean and you would never even had known that they were here. They had to take the old window out and it was up 3 stories high in the peak of our house - over the front entryway. I thought they were going to have plaster and dust all over the place and it was going to be a mess, but they cleaned up everything and we couldn't even tell they had been here if we hadn't seem them ourselves. <br /> Update 2-13-12 (7months post  replacement) So far so good - the replacement window is NOT leaking. (knock on wood!) <br />"

"It went great. They started the project immediately and arrived every morning at 7:30 to start. Completed new plumbing for shower. Completely guttered shower. They took out old vinyl shower and backerboards. Suggested options for shower like adding more lightning to bathroom which they did, type of shower door and floor tile for shower. They also changed plumbing for sink since we wanted to install a double vanity. Thye also laid down floor protection throughout house to avoid mess. Other contractors we have met constantly forget that. Took them 3.5 days to finish their job. Would and will definitely work with them again. The second project is still there. I just need to save money to do it next :) maybe 2015."
