"A1 Opportunity Roofing looked over our roof and discovered a few needing repairs. They scheduled the job quickly and executed everything flawlessly. With the roof in perfect shape, we feel far more safe today."

"Randy responded very quickly with his quote. Then he followed up and did the great work of power cleaning our very stained front walk and deck, and our garage. I will not hesitate to use him again."

"It went well. They did a great job. We had a leak on the roof between the sky light and they did an excellent job at sealing it. They came back and resealed it so they sealed it twice. They did a great job and we have not had any leaks. I would use them in the future."

"They were the only local firm that knew I needed a permit for the roof to be replaced and how the process worked. (All of the other local firms told me that no permit was required.) The quality of work was decent (even though nail guns were used). The job was completed in one day (18.5 squares with a tear off and decking repair). The cost for the roof replacement project was double the national average. The only real issue that we ran into was in the cleanup phase. During the tear off phase, the crew dumped the old roofing materials onto tarps on the ground. Some of these materials missed the tarps and others were carried by the wind. When the crew said they were done with the job and left, they had not cleaned up the yard properly and swept the property for nails and staples. Management had the crew return to the property to do a proper cleanup within a few hours of learning of the issue. If you want a good quality roof replacement, I recommend them (as a former roofer). These people were clearly better than all of the others than I spoke with about this project and obtained bids from. (This firm definitely will not be the lowest bid and they will not be the highest either.)"

"King Qualitys crews were very professional and respectful. I had a problem with one of the new gutters they came out a day later and fixed the problem and also double checked everything again.. I would Recommend them to friends and family"

"Roof replacement and quote was very specific. Happy with end results!"

"Flavio is very professional. His work ethic is amazing and his quality of work shines brightly. My project was to build a new deck in my back yard. Flavio did an amazing job which was neat and tidy and reflect his carpentry skills. He started it on time and finished on time. It is absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait for summer to start entertaining on my beautiful deck. Another project he did was to paint/stain my entire back fence to complement the new deck. I highly recommend Flavio and his team to anyone . He is a man of integrity and honesty and I will continue to use him for all my projects large or small."

"Outstanding work. You get what you pay for: attention to detail, quality product & an experienced crew that was easy to work with. Highly knowledgeable & well versed in dealing with 200 yr old structures."
