"These guys were amazeing, 10000 /10!!! They were kind and pacient and cleaned my Carpets better than they've been done in YEARS! they even helped meet my budget! They also moved my living room furnature, extra cleaned my art studio, AND they even helped me put my curtains back up because they were a bit heavy for me while they were there. They didnt have to do any of that extra stuff, but they did. They went above and beyond for me and i love them for it! I apriciated the heck out of it! I'll be comeing to them exclusively from now on if I need any cleaning done agian in the future."

"I was a long time customer with S&S Carpet. We're a newly retired military family and while living in 2 different rental homes during our time in Chesapeake, VA we used a couple different carpet cleaners before finding S&S. I can tell you without hesitation that Sirlance & Shermelle (S&S Carpet Owners) are the hardest working and most dependable people, not to mention the amazing results you will see in their work. In our first house, we had a couple old/unknown stubborn carpet stains that wouldn't budge with 2 other carpet cleaners. I had S&S come out and he tried one method, but it didn't come completely clean. As promised, he came back out at no extra charge and after the 2 method he tried - perfect results. We used S&S for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, as well as the fabric seats and carpet in our daughters car. Always thorough and great results. When we moved to our second rental house to get us through our last year as an active duty family, it was in much need of carpet cleaning. Again, S&S came through. Despite it taking 2 times to get it to my desired level of clean (not due to S&S - it was really old, neglected carpet) Sirlance succeeded. I always referred to him as the carpet "Magic Man" and considering some of the unknown stains he ran across sometimes, he always went above and beyond to get great results. I'm telling you, if Sirlance can't get it out of your carpet - no one can. He is not only professional, but incredibly reasonable in price. "Maria, our MaidPro representative, did a fantastic job! She has been extremely conscientious in cleaning our home for the past 3 months, every 2 weeks for 4 hours each visit. She cleans everything you would personally clean if you were doing a thorough cleaning of your home; under rugs, under furniture, furniture, glass shower enclosures (look like new), all appliance exteriors, under all small items left on counters! An amazing job! We have had cleaning services for the past 9 years and Maria from MaidPro is the absolute best! They are expensive but well worth the money!!!"

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
