"I requested move in and move out service. The initial conversations were clear. The day of conversations were clear. The quote was clear. The work that was done was not clear that they understood the assignment, they missed hours worth of cleaning which they said they would take care of on a move for me across the state. The cleaning took place on a Thursday and I got down there on a Sunday to see the result I took countless pictures of the baseboards and trim work that were not touched. there was grease and grin in the kitchen and on the stove I paid additional for. The Company contact said there was nothing they could do about it because it wasn't within 24 hours per the contract, but they could send out someone at a 20% discount to do the work that was missed. I let them know that was a convenient clause for people who are moving and cannot always be there within 24 hours. The offer to come back at 20% off was insulting and no cash compensation has been offered. I paid 675 including a good faith tip and give it a 2 out of 5. Now I'm in quite a pickle having to do all of this myself."
