The guy was very friendly he did a estimate and he called us back with it. He had to make the cast and refabricate the part, we were able to pick it up in early June. And you cant even tell that work was done on it, he matched the materials perfectly with the lamp. We would def recommend him and he does other antiques lamp repairs and chandeliers. He is a terrific guy,a great artist and he does great work."

This spring, one of the lamp's rain caps rusted, so I called to see about a replacement part. After speaking with Mary, we decided to buy replacement parts for both lamps, since they are almost the same age. She was able to obtain the parts from the manufacturer and have them shipped to my home at absolutely zero cost. I was able to replace the parts myself. Mary provided excellent service! I was very impressed she was able to not only obtain the parts, but to do so with no cost and to have them conveniently shipped directly to my home."

"It went great!!!  Don is a very knowledgeable man when it comes to fixing the good things!!  Not only did he help out with carrying in my beastly TV into his workshop but he was a real pleasure to talk with.  His work shop is filled with many memorable things from my younger days!  When the work was done and he replaced all the parts that had gone bad and I went to pick up the TV, he connected it and hooked it up for me to an HD source and the TV came on very bright and vibrant like the day i had just brought it home the first time!!  Don charged me for parts and labor and it was honestly very fair.  I have another 65 inch Mitsubishi that I am bringing into Don to take a look at and see if his magic can be worked once again.  I have since brought a couple of friends and family here for their TV issues and he has been able to help them all!!  I was very lucky to have come across this place, Don and his staff have found themselves a regular customer for years to come!! <br />"
