The major work was completed on time and the problem that we were experiencing (water leaking behind aluminum siding) was remediated (as far as we know). Make sure you get written hard-copy for estimates and materials. We didn't get any. Be forewarned however. Do not ask to have any other "little" tasks done. We also needed these guys to climb up on our roof to focus and tighten a security light fixture. This turned into a major operation, as they asked for an "estimated" up-front payment of $50. It took them 10 days to complete that minor task. To be honest, weather (rain) delayed the repair. But why did they require pre-payment?"
