"In general, the job I contracted for (clean the chimney and fireplace) was done. Screens were also placed on the chimney cap. The technicians told me that they sprayed something in the chimney and in the fireplace to reduce odor. The soot and smoke odor was still pretty evident after they left. Also, this is the second time I have had these people to come to my house and the second time I did not receive the follow up as promised. The first time they told me they would come back to remove the insert, but I never heard from them. This past time, they told me they would get back with me with an estimate to replace the chimney cap. I still have not heard back. So I guess my criticism is that they don't follow up. <br />"

He even left at sledge hammer for me to use so that I could knock down the wall myself to save money. I did an issue with some sheetrock work, I called Matt and he came back over and fixed it.
