"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. "It went great! They were a few minutes late--due to train and called me, which I very much appreciated. They came in and with canvas and plastic sheeting encased the entire area in the kitchen to keep the mess to a minimum. They were very polite and really hard workers. They never even stopped for lunch. They were careful to keep the door closed--as I could not find one of my cats and I was afraid he would get out. They removed the previous old light fixture and then patched the wall. I was asked where I wanted the placement of the four new lights and wow--just like that--four new holes were drilled and four new lights installed. They dry walled the entire area and not a seam shows. They ensured the lights go on from both switches. Clean up was done quickly and there was zero mess for me to clean up. After I had purchased this item on Angie's list--Mr. Dove had emailed me with a list of questions about the light fixture and informed me about the process and the time it would take. I've had several house repairs/changes done in the past--this light fixture replacement was by far--the best, quickest and professional job I've ever has done. "George emailed me two days beforehand to setup a time. I give him a two hour window that worked for him. He came promptly at 8:30 am, Monday morning, 11/28/16, and left at 12:30 pm. He came inside with his toolbox and started right away on assembling my two small tables. They have been sitting in a box for over one year. George also installed some 3 doorknob sets but needed to make adjustments with the door frames so two doors could close properly. He also installed much needed rack on my bedroom door to hang all my dog leashes and harnesses. The window covering hardware in the Master bedroom was changed out also. He took measurements when needed. He was accurate and did not make unnecessary or incorrectly placed holes in the plaster walls for installation. George does excellent work and is efficient. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for future services."

"Generally, it went well. I was told exactly what they were going to do before they did the work. The first day, I was taken aback at the price of the work, I assumed the original request would not be such an ordeal, so they allowed me time to consider the work and price while they fixed the toilet. I did decide to go ahead with Top Contender, and I am glad I did. They opened up the wall opposite the faucet, shower head, etc, and found rotten wood, which they replaced, cut away old pipes that were causing electrolysis, reinforced the pipes with staples(not sure of the technical terms), and patched up their work after replacing the shower head, faucet and spout. They were thorough. I had to add additional work to the kitchen faucet problem after cleaning under the sink and notice a crack on the pipe and ask if they would replace it after they fixed the faucet. The issue with the faucet was that it looked like it should have been stuck in the wall a lot further. I wanted to add tile on the wall behind the sink and the faucet stuck out of the wall. The exposed section was covered nicely and I am able to slide the piece, install the tile, and slide the piece back to the wall - problem solved. They did remove the plumbing underneath the sink with new, ABS p-trap assembly. Before they worked in the bathroom, they papered the floor from the front door through the bathroom, used any parts I had on hand, and aired out the bathroom during the entire time. They did clean up, better than most.. not perfect (but I would only notice that).."
